Keith serves as Managing Director for Novel Growth Partners. Prior to Novel, he was Managing Director at the Kansas Bioscience Authority (KBA) where he invested in early-stage bioscience companies in human health, animal health and agriculture, with particular emphasis in data and SaaS businesses.​

Before KBA, Keith directed global technology operations at Quintiles Transnational, a leading global contract research organization. He previously worked for Birch Telecom in various capacities in information technology and corporate development including director of infrastructure systems and program manager for acquisition integration.

Keith is a member of the prestigious Kauffman Fellowship Program. He also serves as mentor for Pipeline Innovators and Techstars, and is on the selection committees for Great Plains Capital Conference and Invest Midwest. Keith has a finance degree from Park University, an MBA from Indiana University and completed the Venture Capital Executive Program at the University of California-Berkley.

When not looking for ideas that change the world, Keith hangs out with his Lego-genius son, Jack. After recently achieving a hole-in-one in golf, Keith decided that game was mastered and he should just move on to tennis.
